What is going on with Foothill Eye Medical Group!! My mother's appt's are always getting resceduled. I try to call and after a long while being on hold, it hangs up! My mother is 93 yrs young, otherwise I would look to see who else she can see.

I have to go into the Glendora office to make an appointment for Covina office. Cannot get hold of them by phone. They always say o phones aren't working today. I have had an eye problem and had to go in several times. They also said a written prescription for glasses would be an extra $65, but they didn't charge me.

Never had a problem with appointments. After each visit, they schedule the next appt.

I went 3 times for to make an appointment..was told i would be put on a waiting list..had my doctor get me a referral to Pacific eye institute
