I came here back in like 2011 and it was a really cool place to visit. Lots of history here, like old soda thermometers and other vintage things, and unique architecture.

This is AMAZING!! Have to make reservations, but the story of the place, the structures all incredible. Our tour guide, as part of the family, had wonderful stories to tell and so many interesting details!

Oh my God in heaven what a life this man lived that built the castle! The tour was 2 hours long so very informative the docent was so funny the time flew! This is quite the place to visit very exciting be sure to wear comfortable shoes a lot of walking outside but fascinating! Truly a beautiful hidden gem!!. You will be amazed at what this man created starting from a very young childhood πππ

When we visited, the doors were locked & a sign said call to reserve a tour date but it just happened that they were giving a guided tour to a historical society group and they let us join in. I would call ahead to make sure someone will be there.
