Update : July 1, 2022, Location: Okay, Parking:Okay, Service: Okay, Customer Satisfaction: Kiosk Not Working, Overall, I have been coming here numerous times and today was actually better than past. The Kiosk not working would held so many folks in the store that would been gone in minutes if working properly. Still, they did have more staff which did help reduce the crowd time .

After two price hikes, I finally went with an alternative service with much better upload speeds for the same price. They only offered a price reduction after I had the new service installed. In spite of using half a month, I will be charged for a full month on a no-contract agreement. Staff members at Spectrum store are working as slowly as possible and encouraging us to take our dealings elsewhere. So glad to be free from this company.

They open at 10am. However, when I got there a little after 10am, the doors weren't open and there was a line. I just wanted to pay my bill so I put the envelope in the drop box. I tried to call the store but all you will get is spectrum's customer service. I asked the rep if the store checks the payment box daily since my bill was due today. She could not give me an answer! Nor could she give me the phone number to the store! A frustrating experience.
