Absolutely horrible. She told us about something we knew nothing about. We asked specific questions and she gave us the wrong information, rushed us through, causing us to file for the wrong thing. It will cost us dearly for the rest of our lives. A total scam. No ability to fix it. Very frustrating and saddening.

I'm giving this rating because since the pandemic this office has gotten rude I've been dealing with this office since 2014 just because I moved to s different location shouldn't matter who I contact I definitely don't deserve to be hung up on when still talking obviously you know my problems cuz you have my disability infront of you

All of the staffs are friendly, kind and helpful to clients. The surrounding environment is pleasant. The parking lot is large enough, so there is no need to worry about parking. The inside is also clean and comfortable.

I called to make an appointment, the individuals that helped me over the phone were courteous. However, the experience the day of the appointment was quite the opposite. The male security guard, was to say the least lazy and rude. There were several people at the door, he didn’t even bother to get up and seemed like he had a hard time looking at us.... he just ignored us. I knocked at the door and he gave me a look of discontent and said “we are only seeing people by appointment”. It was hard to hear as he had a mask and was away from the door. I told him i had an appointment, he looked at me and ignored me. I was patient and waited a few minutes and i asked him again if someone was coming to help me, in a muffled way he said something and turned away. I had to call the Glendora’s office to see how would I go about getting inside for my appointment. The girl that answered said she had checked me in and that she would tell Victor, the person i was having the appointment with, i was outside. If it hadn’t been because i called their office i don’t think i would have been seen. Plain and simple, the security guard is lazy and rude. He should be happy he has a paying job and try to be a happy person.

I drove up the recently, and there is a number on there door window the security told me to call . I called tht number and they set me up with an appointment to go inside and have a new card issued..

You can get online and open a account on the social security website. You can look at your entire work history, change your deposit to another bank and other things as well like order new catds
You can replace it online at the social security website with out having to go in to office and do it. Either way you still have to wait and get it in the mail.

If you make an appointment it makes it a bit easier, but I've never made one because it takes longer just to make the appointment. Then to just wake in you'll still be seen it just might take a bit longer that's all. But once you get there be sure to shelf check in and get a number or they wont even know your there it's just to the right when you walk in , very easy process. If you have a question about check in the security will direct you where to go then have a sit they will call you to check in then have a sit and wait to be called thats about it. Then handel your business. Have a nice day.
