I loved some of their fragrance smells after taking a candle making class however shipping updates are non existence. Also , Not all the bottles were filled up which was . Update : thanks for explaining the process to me. Everything makes sense now. I love working with the fragrances and thank you for the free sample !

The staff is not welcoming nor did they offer any assistance in any way, shape, or form. The store feels very small and crammed. I would have only given 1 star, however, they did have a candle wax display that was very helpful in deciding which kind of wax I was interested in purchasing (although I decided to purchase from a different candle supply that day). This visit was disappointing because I read so many great reviews and drove for over an hour to visit this candle supply, but the quality of customer service/experience is very important to me.

Hands down the best candle supply company! My daughter started a candle biz and they have been more than accommodating in helping with ordering the correct product and answering all our questions. Excellent customer service and orders go out quickly. So happy we found this company!
