First time at Flappy Jack's restaurant and I am impressed with the whole eating experience. The restaurant was full to capacity and wait staff did not miss a beat doesn't neglect any of the customers. The wait staff is friendly and have a smile on their face. I want to thank Lily and her back up for the great service and everyone else for keeping my cup of coffee full. I ordered the bacon waffle combo with scrambled eggs with onions and green jalapenos, and sausage. With a side of extra crispy hash browns. The waffles are sooo good. They are the best I've ever had and will definitely be back for more. The portions are pretty big so come hungry and ready to share a meal., If you want great food at a reasonable price then stop by at Flappy Jack's.

I rarely give out five stars and Flappy Jack's just earned. Very good service. I never had to ask for a refill on my coffee, extra napkins were there when needed and our waitress was as sweet as she could be. The skillets and pancakes were not only huge portions but extremely good. The home made hot sauce was very flavorful and gave the skillet a kick. There is a reason the wait can be 2 hours to get a seat on the weekends. Go before 8:30 during the week and you are seated in no time. Outdoor seating is available as well.

I think this used to be a carrows? So from just comparing one chain to another this one really stomps carrows. Raul was a friendly host and the servers were really friendly at least to the point of setting me up with my food. They didn't check in as much as I'd like for the coffee, and I'm not one of those dudes that constantly insists on refills. And they really weren't that busy but they were friendly and set me up well with excellent food. The waffles were very light and the pancakes were very tasty. The melted butter of course was a winner, I enjoyed the whole thing

My friend recommended this place. We were in the area and stopped by for breakfast. The place has a Route 66 motif that was kinda fun, but can probably use a refresh. Big menu with lots of options. Waitress was very helpful in helping us decide. Service was attentive and the food was yummy. No wonder it’s so popular. Can’t wait to come back!
