Called back and selected option #5. Their system do not recognize it. A horrible company.

Typical port terminal in Oakland - Antiquated system, not enough equipment, always trying to save costs by not ordering enough labor to handle the volume. Treating truck drivers like garbage.

Horrible management, they don’t care about anyone but themselves. Antiquated and inefficient labor system. Typical west coast port terminal. If they had any true competition like a normal business, they would be out of business. Unfortunately, shippers have no choice and must deal with it.
