They do not currently have any vacancies. I am a tenant and have been waiting for an available 2 bedroom since July, and not one has become available. You have to pay any overage on electric past $40 for the 1 bedrooms and anything over $60 for electric in 2 bedrooms. They pay for cable unless you want the cable box that has the dvr...then you pay that cost, and you have to get your own internet or wifi. The office is open Monday through Saturday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, closed on Sundays, and you're better off going to the office in person rather than calling because the office itself is often busy.
