There is no management on on site ever. So called workers in the office come from other locations. Worthless, no respect to renters two hour lunch. Always different maintenance people. It’s like they get them from a daily Labor hall workforce no skills whatsoever. Office people just want their little checks and do not care about their renters. Courts should be contacting as of tomorrow. Had to file, just had to, so sad how people don’t care about each other especially people who are to know there job I don’t know anything illiterate a big thumbs down

We’ve sent about 5 emails since december stating how interested we were in a unit. Until now we havent received any responses back! Such a shame as we really liked the place

They were, but the apartments have changed management company as of 8/01, so we don't know right now!
I believe so they are associated with federal housing
They work with you. But i don't think so with recent evictions. Call they are very nice
