If i can i give this apartment bad 5 star.. They over charge me on top of the contract deal that you had every month extra 95$ -105$ And there is no one to talk too. DON'T LIVE HERE! This is the worst management ever. You try to speak with them they tell you come tomorrow , ridiculous. Also i forgot: the AC in the gym not working, there is no chair in pool area, and they just want all of you to enjoyed live in this place. BAD BAD BAD

Went to go look at a new apartment and the apartment that was shown to me , I instantly picked up a bad energy or something off about the whole apartment!!! The staff act like their scared of black ppl. I don’t like that I didn’t feel welcome or wanted. Never judge a book by a cover should be yall daily moto… oh well and walking around, the apartments aren’t all that… it’s so basic and everything is black, depressing !

Wow! What a spectacular living location! This place is gorgeous! If you like modern high end living space this is a must see. The grounds offer so much to enjoy and the interior community areas are fabulous. Their agent, Kelley was so sweet and professional - was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the property and the right way to do things. I particularly like the Desert Retreat floor plan with three outdoor living areas. Just a beautiful environment to come home to. Lovely, Lovely, Lovely!

This place is terrible. They charge you for things that they make up. The complex is run down and full of roaches and trash. Almost NONE of the amenities are as promised. The management does not care about anything. It’s ridiculously overpriced for the quality.

It depends on if you're looking for a one-bedroom or two-bedroom I have a two bedroom and it has 3 different patios one on each bedroom and one off the kitchen nook and it's 1550 I think prices are going to be going up soon I'm not sure I think the one bedroom is $1100 to $1,200 and The Lofts are 1800 and up hopefully that helped.. I really enjoyed living here the staff is awesome the amenities are amazing and all the residences are really cool I've made some really good friends here
And you might want to fix the barbecue in the fourth pool that's been broken ever since I've moved in a year and a half ago I'm just saying since we're on fixing things, ty
