Roaches live here. Humans don’t. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. Air conditioner been broke since move-in of LAST YEAR JUNE. Laundry room never repaired and they come into your home whenever they feel like. Once had the hot water off for almost a week! It’s very disgusting. Let me not forget to mention that the office is almost always NEVER available to accommodate emergencies/needs. Only thing that is good is the price of rent and even that may rise. Save yourselves while ahead.

My air conditioner has been broken since June 1st and it’s also triple degree weather. Still haven’t fixed it yet. The front office takes DAYS to even look at what’s broken if you have a problem. All the reviews about the roaches are 100% TRUE!! The new lady in the office, I believe her name is Sandra is the only person who seems to care. Crazy part is the nicest and cleanest place in the whole building is the office 🤣🤣 Don’t let that fool you. I wouldn’t suggest anybody moving here. This building needs to be torn down and rebuilt from scratch. Don’t move here..I’m counting the days til my lease is up!!!

I lived here for 2 years since moving from Texas and a loved it here. The pool was a blast during the summer, maintenance does a good job keeping the grounds clean, and to top it off I never seen a single roach since living here. It's also walking distance to a lot of cool things if you want to save money on gas. I moved here with nothing and it was the perfect stepping stone to get me to where I'm going. Highly recommend for families or singles trying to save up some money and are looking for a good inexpensive home to live.

No second chance program all they care about is the money
They do check both background and credit checks. Unfortunately, the new corporation took over by Westland. And they do give zero tolerance inside the premises even when rent is paid for If you know what I mean. Pros - Quiet, Clean, not many children, lots of working people going in and out of this building. Maintenance is on schedule. This premises is for people who wants to relax in a peaceful environment or work anywhere near the strip. Has a Gym, Pool and Jacuzzi. Cons - you must pay rent online, they don't accept money orders in person, and there's a 10$ insurance fee on top of your rental payment and 3.99 visa fee when paying online.

There is no need for a special, my rent for a one bedroom is 650. An a two bedroom is like 750. I think it goes up 100 bucks for every room.
