We've been at this property for 9 years. Many managers have come and gone but the current one Genero, really cares about the property and the tenants. I appreciate his updates on how the property is getting maintained. His promptness and calling back tenants after leaving him a message is very appreciative. The complex was bought out by a new company. The new manager Genaro is amazing. He's doing his best to get the complex back to the standards it needs to be. I appreciate it! He came in and took care of repairs and got my apartment back in order. Thank you to the new team!

SLUM LORDS!!! ROACH INFESTED. Always water leaks & our water gets shut off all day several times a month. Water leaks & damage inside units & black mold. They dont pay their staff & then fire them for demanding their wages. Fired security so now the homeless are knocking on doors late at night to see whats unoccupied & squatting in empty units. Youll also find them in the laundry rooms bathing in the sink & charging phones. Graffiti on the buildings. Pools are never open. They even tampered with my mail/box. My life has been a living hell since I moved here. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Hello Rory, thank you for your question. As of July 1st, 2019, the late fees are 5% of the rent total, example: if rent is $750.00, the late fee would be $37.50. The late fees take into effect on the 6th of each month. Please let us know if we can help you with anything else.
