I have gotten good food until today. I ordered and was told 15 minutes til pick up. Got up there about 25 minutes later to find out " they haven't been made yet" so I sat down and waited another 10 minutes for the sandwiches to be made. What was made was NOT my order. I explained what I ordered and low and behold it was on the counter waiting the entire time. Grabbed the bag I was given and went to meet my wife for lunch. No meatball parm... Called and was told they would make it right away and throw in some cookies. Wasn't made the way I ordered and 0 cookies for the inconvenience... Today was my last day supporting Domadi's. ATTENTION TO DETAIL is KEY!!

If I could give zero stars I would, my fiancé and I walked in to order food there were three employees working no other customers in the restaurant, not once were we greeted or did anybody say anything to us while we stood at the counter waiting to order. after 8 to 10 minutes of standing at the counter waiting to order and being ignored while the employees did minimal tasks and wouldn’t even look at us we walked out.

Since before the shutdown we have taken Covid seriously. We started with many of the practices that later became regulations, at the end of February. We sanitize tables and chairs after every use and have cards on each and every table that signal if the table is clean or dirty, so there is never a doubt or a question. We sanitize all touch points multiple times a day, and we keep a log so we know who last did it and when. Everyone from the front counter staff to the dishwasher wears a mask because we refuse to take the health and safety of our customers and coworkers for granted. We also offer contactless pick up and delivery.
