For our wedding a few weeks ago we chose to book Brown Coach as transportation between our hotel and the venue. We worked with Jami C. who was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Brown Coach allowed us to have two trips to the venue: one for family/wedding party who needed to arrive early for pictures, and one trip later for the remainder of the guests. On the way back, we were able to accommodate everyone in one trip. The Coach bus itself was clean and comfortable and easily fit all of our guests. Our driver, Nick F., was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly kind and courteous to us and to all of our guests. He arrived early for each trip and he went above and beyond making sure that we were happy. We didn’t have to worry once about getting our family and wedding party to the wedding to the reception and then back to the hotel - safely and comfortably. I highly recommend Brown Coach to anyone looking for a safe, professional transportation service!!

Whoever was driving the coach bus for Union College on 8/13/2022 on i95 through Stamford CT is a threat to everyone on the road as well as the bus full of passengers he's entrusted to safely get to their destination. Cutting people off, tailgating, not signaling for lane changes etc. Almost ran me off the road while trying to cut me off. Will be contacting the company as well as DOT.

Unfortunately the bus company has a shortage of drivers still. I know they're training for more because I have a friend who works there and that's what's going on. Just please be patient and it'll get better soon better than later.

Well the official answer is, no. But as a driver I have know from time to time that there has been some alcohol on the bus, when we have driven for Weddings, Special Occasion, and Ski groups.

Yes they do, we also have buses equipped with wheelchair lifts, which can provide a way for someone to stand on the lift, and then just walk right onto the bus with out the need of using the stairs.
