IIf I want to make it clear, the office staff is very efficient and they have tried to help us just like the Manager, but they follow orders from above.I live at 4200 Paradise RD I am very upset with the supervisor Erick of the Conam company, It seems to me that Erick the famous supervisor is Racist because we are Hispanic,,,,,my husband and I are going to fulfill 9 months living here we have a one-year contract we are in a one-bedroom Apt and we need a two-bedroom Apt , we are people who work, we are decent people, and the supervisor Erick of the departments does not let us change for a two-bedroom one. I am very upset that they do not help us. I don't think about filling out a contract here again, that nooo …🤔🤔🤔🤔something that I do not understand they do not give us the opportunity to change for a two-bedroom apartment instead those who do not pay rent here where I live continue to live for free ..This is how we live with things piled up because we don't have space

Very beautiful property the maintenance team does great job ...all the office girls our so Pleasant & very helpful, I moved in June & couldn’t be happier with my choice. They try really hard to make u feel good at home & if u have any safety problems they address they ASAP. I would definitely recommend

I want to move here so bad the people and indian hills are horrible the gate stays open people checking car doors at night no security I dont feel safe and I'm not going to jail for nobody messing with my property but his place is messy also the manager is ful of sh_t i miss jean
