Maintenance comes right away to fix my issues , only I can agree with is the pool is closed at 5 which is a inconvenience for people who work . The laundry mat is disgusting . But I don’t have a roach problem at all , my area is very quite my neighbors are nice . I would say when calling the office the phone manners are rude . One main thing is when they ask for entry , if u say I’m home which means I’m home . They will say so no entry then , which is inappropriate. If I’m home why would I want someone opening my door . My experience other than that is great , everything is local . It’s a very quite community

If you want to live where the fix absolutely nothing here's the place. You can't use the pool after 4 so if you work you can't use the amenities you pay for the workout room close at 12pm.Bathtubs painted over tile rips up they nlame you.Rude management everything is challenged before its fixed. Property has been burned down for years. Kids & homeless play in it. Maintenance comes to you home with shopping cart to fix things IF it's your last choice pick I guess

If I could give NEGATIVE STARS -10. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. We have called MULTIPLE times to have the ceiling fixed from all the rain damage and this has been going on for YEARS now. I have gone as far as reporting them to the Health Department for horrendous living conditions and BLACK MOLD. They say they are waiting to fix the “Roof” and still nothing has been done. I have plenty of photos & videos of the leaking that spews out of the A/C as well! My father is in his 60s & Diabetic and it worries me that he can potentially get sick. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Report them for negligence! NOT TO MENTION THAT AN OLD COUPLE DIED! The old man was dead in his apartment for over a month and his wife collapsed and died in the parking lot!
