Roaches, roaches, do not move here. Pool closed all summer. Have to pay exact rent or they will not take payment at all and will charge late fee. DO NOT MOVE HERE . The building infected with roaches. Now they want to charge $25 for trash service always adding weird fees. Do not move here horrible new management.

If there's a 5 star review it's because the apartment gives discounts or gift cards to people who agree to leave a 5 star review. This property is disgusting even the newer renovated apartments have roaches, bedbug infestations, mold, that's painted over, and an abundance of other issues the hidden fees are ridiculous and maintenance is practically non-existent and the office staff is disgustingly rude and unhelpful just give u the run around. Horrible apartment and run by a Slum Lord

These place is full of roaches and they leave and come back. I been here almost a year still fighting them because the neighbors got them and they just moved on smh
Yes, each apartment comes with a full sized washer and dryer.

No you get a flat rate of $50.00. It will always appear on your bill. Your bill will give you a complete breakdown of everything you are paying for. I get channels all the way up to about 300. No fancy channels, but I am satisfied. Also, depends on what type of tv you get. I have a tv that has roku, netflix, and youtube that is embedded in the tv but I dont use it. Dont need it, plenty of channels on regular tv. Hope this helps.
