If it's not the worst apartment complex in las vegas to live in, it's definitely one of the three worst! There is a constant lack of electricity, especially if there is any change in the weather. Those responsible for the maintenance of the place are extremely negligent with any type of repair. Bad commune with the office, every request, no matter how simple, is not heard!!!!!! It's been more than 10 months, that's right 10 MONTHS, I asked them to fix my dishwasher and they NEVER fix it. It's been a year since they opened a huge hole in my wall because there was a leak in the downstairs apartment and no one in charge closed it even though I asked every time I pay the rent! Living in Las Palomas is extremely stressful, I do not recommend.

I live here in Las Palomas Apartments. The truth is that it is difficult for them to repair anything that is ruined and if they do it, just a Miki maus and every time you renew with a deal they raise the rent and it does not matter if it is for 8 months, the pool has never been dubbed use and in the end they charge you for all the services the apartments are not bad but whoever wants to move and does not want to have difficulties should think about it in my opinion They must have good service and lately there is a plague of cockroaches they fumigate and more come out and ask them to They paint a painted wings Tinas if one pittance does not pittance another and the drawers and they say it can't until it doesn't move they make repairs that's my opinion 😣😣
