I am not exactly sure how it is spelled But Sheri or Sherry helped us and really empathized with us on our homeless situation. I’m grateful that she was so dedicated to help us get through the process with very little to zero troubles. Would highly recommend and the renovated rooms look absolutely beautiful.

They need to drop the rent prices down and do better move ins specials ! Until they done remodeling the whole apt buildings , the sq ft does not match the rent prices

It’s something we all have to do about this not just post here I’m finding numbers to call now even if you move out still post and complain
If you want it fixed yoy really got to be on their ass, because when you tell them to do it they dont put it in,you have to stand there and watch them do it in front of you. The management is reckless. I needed a carpet cleaned and it took them 2 weeks to do it, then if you want to pay half your rent in 5 pennies they will start saying we dont take pennies blah blah blah!!!! I cant wait to leave this place already its hectically.
You Does take a drive by there and you'll see how that it is very infested with roaches and krakens

A lot of the staff here are pretry cool. But there is always a few ppl who see it differently.
$820 away from the office and $920 near the office. And it's not that nasty, there are just some nasty people that don't keep their place clean. You'll find the same issues on Boulder Highway or any other weekly/monthly rental property.
Harmon 370 Apartments used to be The Harbour Island Apartments. It used to be a weekly but with new management it is either a studio or a one bedroom I currently have lived here less than a month. I have a one bedroom and pay $1,270.

I'm not there anymore. Unfortunately I was in a fight for my paycheck through the culinary union. Management told me not to worry. Two weeks passed before a final settlement was done and they evicted me. Now I have eviction on my record that is making it hard to find a place. I hope they work with you. It's terrible when I put an application in I've been denied because the management company has blacklisted me. If a location is associated with them in anyway I will be denied. And the worst thing is that I paid them those 2 weeks. They still refuse to acknowledge that and I lost my storage with all my receipts. So can't provide proof

Hello Ervin from my understanding a main water pipe broke that happened to be around our community. We are not the only ones affected by this issue the city did what they could to fix the issue as soon as possible. We accommodated with ensuring everyone had a place to access a bathroom. When issues like this arise the least amount of time for notice that can be given to us is 24 hours, and we alert our community as soon as we receive notice.

Not a very good place to live. The rental office are nice. A lot of shady people living there. Nice location close to the strip. Within walking distance of the strip.
The owner of the Harbor island doesn't care about the residents. All the owner is about talking people for a ride. People leave trash everywhere. All the love life's live in any of the flea stays. The office staff are useless. They would rather put older people out. And let the young kids live there for free.
It never works. They tell you to get your own century Link and there isn't a phone line so now you got a bill for yet another service harbor island passively denies. This place is a joke. The staff get minimum wage and a free apartment to basically tell you to wait another day for an answer that never comes.
802.00 for a studio. Month to month . I didnt put a deposit, just frist mouths rent. But they just sold to a new owner, so its sure to change.

A guest can stay for up too 30 days.
Yes they do warrant checks and police will come to your room...when i lived there i saw many times police do come to your room if you have an active warrant

I satued at the Sportsman's on Boulder and Tropicana. And I was on time with my rent was quiet kept to myself and then for no reason I came home one day and found a No Cause Cease to quit notice on my door. And when I asked I got told it was nothing against that it was a decision made by the new management. So I would be careful going to the Sportsman's. I would try The Suites on Boulder and Falmingo. Real nice office staff and we'll kept grounds.
