I am not a tenant yet. Iβve been looking at apartments all over the city and I was driving by and wasnβt even gonna go in. Iβm over it. I have flexibility so I was gonna take a break from looking but my daughter talked me in to going inside at least and Iβm really glad I did. Virginia was absolutely lovely and her energy really helped change my mood and view of moving to Vegas at all let alone, Vine on 8th. She really shifted my attitude and it was the first place I actually felt like I could make my home. I gave her very picky apartment requests and if Virginia can find me something, I would absolutely move here.

*BEWARE* The property management company has allowed the building to fall into disrepair over the past year. Flooded laundry room closed for 2 months with no communication of it being repaired. The pool was drained before summer and has been sitting unusable for the entire summer. Maintenance no longer looks after the building and it is getting exponentially worse as the months pass. Carpet is no longer cleaned or vacuumed and the individual tiles are peeling up at the corners and becoming a safety issue. Courtyard is being used as a bathroom for the residents dogs and is not being cleaned. Elevators are constantly breaking down, leaving the only way up or down, being the locked stairwell. On multiple occasions I have seen seniors trapped in the lobby with no way up to their apartment, having no wheelchair access to any of the floors. They put a Keurig in the lobby and then raised rent $400! They have one good "for show" unit and one good laundry room and will tell you the place is being repaired but no actual improvements have been made. Security does not patrol the property, will not respond to calls, just sit in the office in the dark on their phones. I had found a makeshift sleeping area in the stairwell where someone was living, property is NOT patrolled. Rocks are used to prop open the emergency exits to allow transients to come and go as they please. With the exclusion of one person, the office staff do now have proper knowledge of the building to provide assistance, for instance, if the keyless entry system fails, they do not have the know how to fix your fob, leaving you locked out of the building, facilities and even your own apartment. *BEWARE*

I've been here over 5 years roach infested, swimming pool not up to cold and closed constantly. Elevator continues to break down. Staff continues to quit. Old pipes first floor has been flooded out twice. Do not move here π

No but they will try to evict so they can upgrade and raise the rent if you've been here over 4 years like me they'll look for any reason to get you out cuz there trying to raise all the rents breaking laws abusing the physically disabled
Well the bed bugs were under wraps until latitude property management took over they use different treatment pesticides which I already did chemo and radiation but whatever the fact that they're trying to upgrade the whole building and those of us like me who have been here over 4 years they're trying to make our lives a living hell so we want to leave because they can't kick us out if we're not doing anything wrong but what they're doing wrong is abusing their title trying to hurt the disabled people like me by kicking me out for something I did not do I didn't bring the bed bugs here and they're never going to leave the building until they bring the dog to find the nest which is why they keep on coming back and I've had to treat my apartment four times already so thanks for the pesticides latitude property Management should be arrested and amalia does lie !
No weekly rent , studios are 675 , 1bdrm are 742 , and 2bdrms are 900. The deposit is 300 and there is a 30 dollar credit check fee per adult. The units are all electric which is included in the rent
Not so private
I'm not sure exactly what that means but are you asking how to check catagory? They are studio 1bed and 2bed apartments in a midrise building.
The current management will not but, Anyone who has an eviction can have it sealed so it won't show up on your rental history. Just go to the website for Legal Aid of Southern Nevada (or the location on Charleston & 8th) and sign up for a free class to learn how to do this yourself. There are also a few videos on YouTube that will tell you how to do it.
It's a cheap place to live and decent security for the building as for the area I wouldn't say it's safe at night for kids
Raggedy carpet and old linoleum.
There's small areas for you to walk your dog on the first floor or you can walk your dog along the perimeter.
I have lived here 2 years and never had bedbugs because I treat my apartment 1 time a month to keep them from being in my apartment.
We strive to create a comfortable environment that everyone can enjoy. Please note that the property has changed management as of March 2018. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our office at 702-366-7600. Thank you, Amalia SΓ‘nchez
The rents start at 650 a month for a studio, 742 for a 1 bdrm , and 890 for a 2 bdrm. The deposit is 300 and the application and credit check fee is 30 per adult. All utilities are included in the rent except for the internet which is an extra 30 bucks a month. The facility has off street parking in their parking structure that you will get a parking sticker for and your house key gains you access to the building and parking structure.
