I just moved in to this place and it was an amazing experience , very nice and friendly people. Tati helped me through the application and every step of the process. I really recommend this place. They Gym , swimming pool and the environment everything is beautiful here. They even have a beautiful club house that you can rent for parties and meetings. I'm loving it. 👍
Roosevelt Washington
I have been living at the Resort at Coronado Ranch for over five years and it is a nice community, which is a gated and guarded. Exceptionally good and clean amenities, community events, the office staff as well as the overall maintenance and maintenance team is great. So, if you are looking for a new place to live, I would put the Resort at Coronado Ranch on your list for a tour.

Enjoy living here very much
No i dont think they are furnished and if they have any apartments available they will give you the exact price when looking at the floor plan. I believe the last price for 2bd was around 1800 but the market has them going up.
I've lived in 4 units here for 6 years. The townhouses are plenty quiet. The 3br wall that can annoy you is the master where you'll likely share a headboard wall with your neighbor. The bigger issue is what I call ambient crime. There is a rise of doors kicked for burglary., and they don't tell you. I have a PD source. The good news is the 3br has a great spot to reinforce the door multiple ways. The other concerns you'd have are that theres no insulation and your unit will never go below 80 in the summer during the day. And when you run that AC your bill is $300 easy. The materials are cheap and break constantly. The area is generally not bad though and the rent is a compromise if you don't want to deal with renting house. I'm still here despite the issues because I'd either need to spend more or go to a worse area. Good luck
