If you are the recipient of the package and have the tracking number, sign up for an account on UPS.com and have it sent to a designated pick-up location. As long as you have a photo ID to show that you are the correct recipient, you'll have no trouble getting your package. The only option is to try and intercept the package before it's delivered to the wrong address. Unfortunately once the shipper Prince the label there is no way to change the delivery address to another residence either in person or online.
I'm not sure how that works I think the shipper has to call them
