Never had any bad experiences here. Employees are very helpful. Would definitely recommend over the post office

Very friendly staff and mostly quick transactions and returns. I had to wait a lot today but the employee was calm and took his time to help other before attending me which is the way to go. Parking is nearby so you don't have to carey your boxes far, there is enough space at the enterace if you want to quickly drop someone.

Second week in a row my order is supposed to be done on a Saturday, and it's not. The first week they closed early. The employees can't print. Young millennial employees who are rude, lazy, and have zero customer service skills.

It is a service they provide but with labor shortages some do not have one on staff. Always best to call and try to make an appointment.
