This is but far the worst place to go for shoes etc. Kept calling and no answer . Called every hour no call back. They had told me I needed to have seen the diabetic. Doctor within the past six months. I did and the doctor was to call them. Finally had enough of no response. The owner said they called twice. Nope. My phone record doesn't show any calls for the past week that I called. Talked to owner. Told him doctor was supposed to have called. He states No you need to see the doctor. I said I did. And he was to call. The owner said no that I had to call the insurance company. I told him that I had proof that I saw the doctor. performance store owner repeated three times that I needed to see the insurance company. Nope. I told him I had proof I did again three times I highly don't recommend this place ever. They do not care that you have ulcers or any other discomfort. Better to find another place. Now I have to get the money I paid them proof that I saw the doctor.

I visited Foot Performance Center last week looking for an orthotics fitting to help aide shin splints and a recovering stress fracture. I had the pleasure of working with Karl who took his time to explain all the ins and outs of orthotics and how they will help relieve my pain. He showed me shoe options that will be a better fit for my feet and even helped to adjust my inserts to make sure they were just right for my feet. Thank you Karl!

This should be lower then one star! Read the reviews for yourself. I hear "Insurance paperwork takes time", "We will work w/ staff to improve ourselves". This starts from the top down. I reached out to the newest owner by e-mail as well as voicemail, the man didn't have the courtesy to call me back, he had someone else do it. Same old song and dance I have been waiting for diabetic shoes since October of 2021, it's now near the end of May 2022. You call, and nothing but excuses, (IE: "We hired a new company to do our insurance billing", "Your Dr. didn't send the right paperwork" and then "Your Dr. never responded". One excuse after another 7 MONTHS of waiting. 0 stars is what I wished I could give them! Tired of excuses, let's see some action as by the reviews I'm not alone.

Many people with TMA are eligible for inserts with toe fillers and footwear. Check with your physician for a Prescription for these. We can provide these and if your insurance offers coverage, we can bill your insurance reimbursement. Call us for an appointment with one of our specialists.

We would perform a bio-mechanical evaluation to help us determine the type of orthotic to make. A prescription would also be required if we are treating a diagnosed medical condition of the foot or ankle.
