We’re very disappointed. Thought that it would be the best place to start. My boy needed comfortable NON SLIP shoes for busing tables. We walked in and although were approached, our sales person was not focused on us. He sold us shoes that he said would fit that need. He then asked if he wanted to wear them out. My son said no, that is ok. The next day while working, he slipped and fell 3 times and had to put on some disposable covers to not slip. The next day we found some much better, cheaper shoes at famous footwear right around the corner. And the employees were night and day more helpful. We then returned to your store location to return the supposedly “Non slip” shoes purchased the day before. He was not going to give us a refund because they were worn outside. Mind you, as I mentioned earlier, he asked him when he purchased them if he wanted to wear them out. He didn’t say anything about not being able to return them. After I mentioned to speak with a manager or his supervisor, he then seemed to figure out a way to return them. Totally dissatisfied would be an understatement. I have MS and was going to discuss what your company may have to help with “Foot Drop”. Because of how things were going with my sons shoes, that conversation never happened. I would not recommend anyone coming to your store. Sorry for the poor review but this is my first review ever but found it very important for me to do so.

Darlene is so patient and caring. She made sure my husband was feeling better and fitted properly. She is definitely in the right profession. Thank you so much.

I was visiting from out of town and stopped by the store without an appointment just to check out my options. They were very accommodating and helped me to see how my foot pain and discomfort could become a thing of the past. I appreciate the one on one time they spent with me and can’t wait to have a success story of my own in the future.

Does the good feet store take health insurance

orlando rodriguez | Oct 11, 2018
Phoebe K | Oct 11, 2018

Insurance doesn't cover them because they are considered preventative. Its like eyeglasses or hearing aids. They offer interest free payment plans and stuff and if you dont like them they will switch them for free until you're happy before they give you store credit. No refunds because theyre like underwear or socks (personal care item) btw i love mine but needed like 2 exchanges before i was happy
