If you are reading this I am sorry for your loss, but please DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!! Some of the staff is ok, there was 1 nurse who I don't remember her name. It was a very tragic time for me. She was an older black woman, and she is the only one I can say anything nice about. I was not there when my father arrived, my husband was, I arrived shortly after and never left my dad's bedside until he went to be with God. I constantly had to ask for my father's pain medication, was never just brought it, when they would turn him he would scream in pain!!!! Why wasn't his pain medication given, nothing was explained to me about what the dying process will look like and what dad will go through. I was in charge of my father's medical decisions, so when my father passed on 3/20/22 I asked if the Hildebrandt used a certain funeral home, because I have never had to do this and had no idea who to call. The assistant manager told me they work with Dierna funeral home which is in the city of Rochester. I live in a different county, the reason I am telling you this is because my father asked for certain wishes for his funeral and certain family members not to attend. I asked Hildebrandt if they could please not release that information to other family members. Well, my father was picked up Sunday morning by Dierna and by Tuesday morning family members that were not wanted there found out because Hildebrandt told them. So, I live an hour away, I could have chose a funeral home by me and out of all the funeral homes in Rochester, and Ontario County they managed to find out because someone at Hildebrandt released that information, then Matthew Cup from Dierna funeral home also told family he was there. He told me he can't lie, I stated I'm not asking you to lie, just don't say anything, but Matthew went ahead and even gave the unwanted family members the church time. So all together these two business were HORRIBLE!!! I will also will leaving my review for Dierna funeral home. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!

Every person we met with open arms as we walkthrough the doors to spend quality of time with Dad before he passed. The family and friends of James Chatterton will keep you all close to our heart.
