I had my nails done one time here and the last 2 times I tried using them again, AFTER I made an appointment, they were not there! I could’ve went to other places, but after making the appointment they wasted my whole day! Doors locked and no note or phone call. Again…. This is the 2nd time!!!! Please don’t waste your time, I gave them 2 opportunities to earn my business back, but not again! Very unprofessional business.

I walked in to get my nails done without an appt and they took me with no question. I asked them later if they prefer appointments and he said yes. Allows them to plan better.
It depends on what you have done...the best thing to do is call and ask.
