As homeowners we r not always sure or savvy on repairs to our home, when I found out the problem was my main drain pipe these guys were the first that came to mind fast responsive and professional our plumber was very respectful knowledgeable and kind from the minute Andrew set foot on our property he made us feel at ease , he was also very knowledgeable kind and respectful but what really stood out besides the amazing job they did was how made us feel like we mattered to finish the two techs were awesome my basement feels smells and looks great again I would definitely recommend this company and for a first for us Roto-Rooter is our company now and will continue to from here on out

Cleanup manager Andrew arrived promptly for the initial walkthrough. You could tell he was interested in his work and was able to help me work through our water related issue. His knowledgeable help saved me a ton of time and money. To top it off, he still sent a plumber (Andrew had been honest in disclosing he did not consider himself to be a fully certified plumber) by the name of Conrad out to check on our situation anyway. Conrad was very proffessional and was able to give me some estimates on jobs I would like performed in the near future to update our systems. Its reassuring to know I will have people I trust performing that work in the future.

This is like the bottom of the barrel pluming. they ruined our plumbing even worse to the point where it clogged my sink and when i flush my toilet it comes up my sink they removed a ceiling tile and never put it back i would choose any plumber other than this.

They came to clean my basement after a backed up pipe caused dirty water to accmulate. They were on time, polite and professional.
