I have been to this UPS store many times and always have great service. More times than not, Keshawn has processed my returns, purchases. He is consistently knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. UPS is lucky to have such a reliable and conscientious team member!

I arrived on a Saturday a few minutes after they had closed, but a worker named Keshawn saw me and let me in so I could drop off my package. Way to show respect and understanding and go above and beyond for a fellow human. Thanks so much!

Had a UPS return shipping label to print but it was via a Kindle and had no WiFi account attached. As with all similar shipping outlets, I expected to be able to access a Guest WiFi... I scanned for one and found it BUT apparently nobody knew the access password. Spoke to the manager and she stated in the two years she had been running the location she never accessed a Guest WiFi and suggested I try a restaurant or something to send email to my phone... Called the UPS location in Fairport and they had no problem with my accessing a Guest signal.. suffice it to say it will be the last time I stop by the 12 Corners UPS location for anything... If I could rate their Customer Service at a Zero I would.

I would like to say that this UPS Store is wonderful. I have never had an issue. They accept packages with a smile. They don't hassle anyone with made up rules. If I take anything to the Henrietta store, I usually walk out with it still in my hand. I take same said package to the Brighton store on my way home and they do exactly what I expect. They accept it and put it on a big brown truck to get delivered. This is the store that I will use. Three horrible experiences at the Henrietta store helped me realize that this location needs a good review, because they do what they are supposed to do. And with a smile and a thank you!
