I was quite angry with my amazon account with resending code that ended up spending about 20-30min just trying to login to print my labels so I was clearly mad. The pc was also a little slow but that wasnt the main problem. The employee saw I wasn't feeling too good and said the printing wouldn't be charged. Not many people do that here in rochester, so I'll remember that. Great employee
