Visited the Showroom the first time and was greeted.. we looked around and when we had questions there was nobody to assist us. Decided to give it another try and We went rate when they opened , thinking they would be less busy. We were greeted and I ask for help in picking granite countertops, a backsplash splash and tile floor. The girl helped us at first and then went to check on the size available for tile and never returned..she was interacting with another customer and ignored us…we decided to leave and just before getting out the door she came to us and said I’m sorrry I forgot I had an appointment. That’s ok. I will take my hard earn money elsewhere.. Terrible customer service
