Very nice during the daytime. Don't know what type of crowd it attracts at night. Lots of trees, which is good since the bathrooms were locked up.

The tower area has the one of the best scenic views of the city. Very chill area. Everyone scrambles to get there and find parking to witness the beautiful sunset 🌄, there's nothing like it. Although, after the sunset, it's time to go!

Always a beautiful time at this park. Plenty of places to enjoy. The Amphitheater and rose garden are found within amongst other sites.

Yes u can BBQ, you can also get a permit from the city (Parks & Rec) if u want to have a bigger venue
Be sure to go up the stairs across the street from the rose garden. There is a small fountain and further up is an edible garden.
Because of the CONVID 19 , on Sunday they do not want no car traffic thru the Parks, allowing people to walk . The same at Onondaga Parkway
It is possible,, however the rose garden is specifically for roses.
There is free parking at pool and on streets throughout the park
Yes, the park is safe. You will find many people in the park enjoying summers. Should be avoided in night.
Well according to Syracuse. ny. us, the pool isn't even open. I know that during the summer there IS an adult lap swim m-f from 6:30 a.m. until 8:45 a.m..I would try calling parks and rec. directly. I think the pool opens right around the time the public city schools let out for the summer.
