I've been here several times and have never had an issue. Today was a different story. My children were screamed at by one of the lifeguards on duty for splashing BEFORE I even had the chance to say anything to them myself. I was of course angry at her demure so I told her thanks but I could handle MY children next time to which she responded that she could ask us to get out of the pool if they splash again. Irittated I asked for her name and she denied my request. This of course lead me to ask for her supervisor. This woman then gestured to a man within earshot and said he was over there. Knowing he heard what was going on and refused to do anything I simply just left anyway. I asked the lady at the door before I left and they said the lifeguards name was Shay. I hope they fire her and the manger who allowed her yell at my children.

Pool was way too cold. Was only one other person there and they agreed it was FREEZING. Then the lifeguard was yelling at the kids instead of talking to their parents first like any normal person………

The lifeguards here have a complex. I was trying to coax my daughter into swimming toward me however the lifeguard interrupted the lesson by saying that my daughter was "too far away" from me. Even after explaining my intention she continued to yell at my daughter NOT me for being "too far away". Speak with the parents not the children especially since I was with my daughter simply trying to teach her how to swim. I thought this was what pools were for.

Absolutely the worst experience at a pool for the first time being there…. Shay Lee was extremely unprofessional telling my friend her son can’t swim with a life jacket….

Have the hours changed to 3PM for when the pool opens? It's near 2PM and it's a ghost town. Thought it opened at noon.
