BUYER BEWARE!!! Please DO NOT purchase shoes from this store. I tried on a pair of sandals this past Monday and expressed concern about the shoe size Brian, who is the store manager, selected for me. The shoe looked small on my feet, but he insisted that it was the correct size. Two days later (today), I saw my podiatrist and tried the sandals on for him. He told me that the shoes were too small and I would need a slightly bigger size. After my appointment, I returned to the store to return the shoes and Brian would only issue me a store credit DESPITE HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE ERROR/FAILURE!!! If I had purchased the sandals without consulting a salesperson, then the onus would be on me. However, this was clearly not the case. My advice: Go to the Foot Performance Store. They know what they are doing. And Word of Caution: Just because someone hides behind the title of 'Store Manager', means absolutely nothing, especially when it comes to buying shoes. Brian is the perfect example. Again, BUYER BEWARE!!! Be kind to your feet. Go to The Foot Performance Store.
