So not only does Publix Pharmacy charge you $5 more than everyone else, but they make you wait 24hrs longer for meds that could very well be vital to your life. That's what they did for my anti-seizure medication. After standing in line for 20 minutes to pick up my meds that took two days to fill, only to find out that they hadn't filled them at all, and to please wait 15-20 minutes. 🙄 And then they were just going to give me a weeks worth and make me pay for that, on top of the full prescription, which wouldn't be ready until Friday, because of their screw up! I walked out. I had them transfer my prescription to Walmart when I got home. I live on the second floor. I could have ended up in the hospital because of the absolute lack of responsibility and incompetentance. And transferring it to Walmart? They couldn't even do THAT right! Had to call them twice, and once Walmart had the prescription, they had it ready within hours. The full months worth. This Publix is awful.

Christine and the pharmacy staff are quick, friendly and efficient. I've been with this pharmacy for 8 years and they're always consistently kind. Thank you to all the pharmacy and Publix staff.

I am absolutely horrified that Publix is not only not allowing its employees to wear safety gear during this time, but that they’re not making their employees wear safety gear during this time. At least they have someone sanitizing carts and baskets now, but I cant believe the lack of care for their employees and customers that they don’t have everyone wearing gloves and masks, and that they aren’t sanitizing the card scanners after each use. Do better.

What a humble, professional, knowledgeable and beautiful young lady made my shopping experience so delightful.
