I visited this local store again to get Apple Watch. Berto is a wonderful customer service representative who perfectly addressed all our questions and greatly supported as in all our needs. I really appreciate all store staffs who are there to get their customers satisfied in all their needs in the store. I suggest everyone go and check out.

I work in the middle of the country and need reliable service out there in case of emergencies. My phone was out of service for more than 5 hours today, and I was able to call customer service through my car WiFi and there were no reported outages, my bill was up to date, so there was no reason for me to have no service. I also use my phone for work. I went in to this store today to try to figure out how to prevent this from happening again and to receive some sort of compensation because obviously if I knew this was the service I was going to be receiving, I would not have went with this plan and this has never happened to me in the 5 or 6 years of being with sprint in this location in the rural country that I have been working for 2 years now. My service started working again when I went into the store, but there was no type of explanation or diagnostic offered or anything for my time or money that I wasted expecting service and receiving nothing, work lost and potential negative customer service reviews from clients because of unreliable service. The representative was extremely rude and unpleasant and did not seem to care that my safety could have been at risk without my cell service that I rely on when I am working in the middle of nowhere as a petite woman of color. I will be switching to a more reliable service with customer service that actually cares about me and gets to the bottom of major issues that I am having with what was otherwise reliable cell service.
