Highly. Highly. Highly unprofessional staff. Employees are disorganized beyond belief and rude. Store would be better run by toddlers. The associate gave me the wrong equipment (her fault) and then proceeded to waste an entire hour to make the change, while giving me an attitude. Bottom line employees do not care about your time. Use a different store. I hardly ever write negative reviews, but this store was unbelievable poorly run. Would give negative stars if possible.

Worst customer service ever! We had a reservation but nobody helped us yet and its been more than 30 min. Also, there is nobody in line…! Do not come here.!

They mainly keep your card so they can rack up ridiculous fees - Uhaul is a racket - advertises a truck for $20 but it’s actually $40- moved reservation the day of move to a location several miles north $$ -they will charge if you leave keys in drop box (even if they’re still open and you’re on time ) but they don’t tell you that- they will charge $30 extra if there’s an issue with your card processing - and the gas is extra too - they charged $92.23 more than initial cost even after it was delivered on time

Total lack of customer service. The guys behind the desk act like you don’t matter. They are unorganized with no sense of urgency to take care of the line of people waiting. Not one hello, how can I help you or even a goodbye. The clerk sent me out to the back lot to find my truck among the 50 or so trucks in the huge back lot. I’m searching in the 98 degree in to no avail. Finally an employee pulls in and tells me the truck is in the front. He was the only helpful person there. The truck was filthy inside. It pulled to the right terribly. When the truck was returned I told them about it and was just dismissed. Never again.
