The two times I went there, service was good. The staff did not let clients wait too long.

The pharmacist at this pharmacy is cold hearted and rude!! I am on suboxone, I know many look down on suboxone patients but suboxone saved my life. This pharmacist held my prescription for a week stating he was waiting on a letter from the doctor. Once he received the letter he refused to fill it anyway. I begged this man in tears to fill my prescription and he simply kept saying no I’m not filling it! You can not have this type of prescription transferred to another pharmacy so I had to have my doctor send another prescription to the Publix at Hunters Crossing. I was without my medication for three days because of this man. I explained that to him all he could say was no I’m not filling it. The pharmacy at Hunters Crossing had to problem filling it for me. The pharmacist over there is awesome and doesn’t discriminate like Alan does. I pray no one ever has to experience the discrimination and just plain rudeness I had to go through!!

The pharmacy at this Publix is the best. They are the reason I use this store instead of the one closer to my house. Love them. They are wonderful.

The pharmacy manager, Alan Shealy, was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable. The prescription was filled for an individual proceeding an oral surgery that took place earlier that day. Even though it was later in the evening, the pharmacist filled in a timely fashion. I am grateful for thier knowledge and expertise in thier field and will return to Publix for future prescription needs.
