My parental units bought one of the most expensive units here and had a lot of work done on it - and still aren't done. The neighborhood is great, it's quiet, there is a lot to do with your neighbors, the pool was great but closes for the season today, labor day. Everything is taken care of for you in a timely manner such as snow removal and garbage pickup. *Gated Community* in the heart of Smithtown where 347/111 collide. Maybe about 6 minutes from the LIE and most importantly, it's right across the street from a Chick-fil-A. Close to Blydenburgh Park, Lake Ronkonkoma, Nesaquoge River (great for renting a cheap kayak waterfront and taking a lazy ride for hours and not far from the mall at Lake Grove as well as Sunken Meadow State Park.

Thank you and sorry at the same time. In the meantime, each unit has a stand-up washer and dryer in a w/d closet in the very large bathroom. It doesn't add much depending on how often you use it. Your electricity is not part of the units' price unless you are subletting and have worked something out with the owner. All utilities are separate and these are not rentals.
