The unit I saw was worse than a rental. In fact I have seen nocer rentals.

Absolutely nothing what you pay for. You are handicapped in this community by asking anyone for help and they tell you they can’t help because they are a part of Avalon. You can call the office anytime of day, several times a day and no one answers. There is supposed to be no solicitation here. I had my doorbell rung twice and various papers left at my door in just 9 hours;I spent all day trying to call someone to accommodate the problem- nothing. If you lived in an NYC building for half this price, the doorman would provide you more respect and safety. Do not recommend.

Hi Umair, Thank you for your interest in Country Pointe Huntington. Amenities include a Clubhouse with fitness center and meeting rooms, outdoor swimming pool with sundeck, a children’s play area and a pet park. There is a basketball court nearby.
It a wonderful apartment complex in one side in the other side town houses for sale. You can the way you want to proceed the rental section is on lease for a one year period. You got sharing pool, private gym and community park just in the back with tennis, soccer, basket, American football court great place to raise young kids.
