To Whom It May Concern: How are you still in business? I cancelled my account in April, and still being charged for services. I sent back cancellation notice and have email verification. Continue to put on hold each time I call.

I was very nice and patient till the last times I have contacted them so many times it’s messed up what they been doing to people!

They are in business because they run shady, poor sales practices. They lie about how long the contract is and when you go to cancel, they make it practically impossible to cancel. I have reported them to the BBB. Hack company!

Worst company I have ever dealt with.

A friend of mine found out alder allowed the renter at her property sign a new contract to renew services by forging her name. She had no knowledge of the forged contract until she tried to cancel. An alder says there is nothing she can do other than keep the service or buy out the contract. Forging signatures is below the belt.

Doris, we have had the same problems listed since March. We sold our house and the new owners took over the contract. Alder has said it’s fixed for months now but just received a threatening letter in the mail today. Apparently they want to get away with charging for a service we don’t have and double charge by charging us and the new owners. I agree with starting a civil suit.
