Update on this company. 9/27/2023 We had the alder alarm physically removed from the home almost 3 years ago and during that time they have never contacted us to see if anything was wrong with our alarm. I think it shows that they are still very unethical and obviously only care about continuing to take unearned money from my 88 year old mother that is still paying $60.00 a month until her contract is out in January. Now that it's close to expiring they are calling and texting trying to set up an appointment to change batteries and test the equipment on an alarm that hasn't existed for 3 years. Please be cautious when dealing with this company. I can't imagine that they would be very helpful in an emergency situation when they don't even realize there customer doesn't have the alarm system installed anymore. This company has very dishonest and deceitful sales practices. In august of 2017 they call my elderly mother and tricked her into renewing her contract an additional 60 months. I called and was able to cancel the additional 60 month contract because it was within 72 hours. We had planned on canceling in September but on the last week a sales person from this company came to the house and said they needed to check the system. Once he was in the house he told my mom she needed to sit on the couch and talk to this person on the phone and say yes when they ask questions. She is now locked into a 60 month contract for a substandard alarm at the rate of $55.00 per month. After being on hold for 25 minutes and 20 minute conversation with Chandler I was told there was no supervisor to talk to. Avoid this company.I'm working with consumer affairs so maybe another sweet senior citizen doesn't get taken advantage of. Update 1/7/19. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. We have had problems with our smoke detector for the second time and no-one is in on the weekend to help with tech support. The answering service tells you they can't do much but a tech will call you back soon after you leave a message...I left 2 messages and no call back. Just talked to tech support and they said no-one is available Sunday. Horrible company...over priced and NO support when you need them.

In August my panel was upgraded to their new system, tech said he changed battery in motion sensor, next day panel started announcing low battery on motion sensor. I called and was told to go purchase a battery and change it, I told them if it was replaced the day before it should be good. Also he tried to talk me through resetting my remote, but it didn't work, so they scheduled a technician to come out on September 7th, technician never showed. I called on the 8th and it was rescheduled for September 20th, on September 15th, company called me to reschedule for the 26th (today) I called in the morning to confirm, was on the phone for an hour and then they said they would call me back in a few hours. Still waiting.

Original contract was for 60 months. After 75 months I requested the cancel my service. They informed me that they renewed the contract the contract in 2019. They did it without my knowledge. Now they refuse to cancel my service unless I buy outta remaining contract. They are outlaws.

When I first started using the system it worked well. Shortly after a couple of months the system started having issues a lot not for me. OABTW The contract is extremely pricey

I have the same issue! Every time I have called the wait time is about 40 minutes and the actual talking with the agent is about 5 minutes. ridiculous. Absolutely hate this company. I have been trying for 4 months now to get my refunds for the service and equipment I returned to them within the 30 days money back guarantee. Every time I call they say "There is no available account manager to verify the issue(s) and suggest you call back tomorrow." They make you play a cat and mouse game. So fed up! I just want my monies back!

I called them yesterday and got straight through to someone. Problem was solved quickly.
My panel have been off-line since February 2022. I was told that a new panel would be sent out (May 6, 2022) after doing some trouble shooting, which I never received. One agent told me that as soon as a tracking number was assigned the panel would be mailed out. Weeks past, no panel! The next agent, told me I would receive a credit for the months that the system have been off- line. Weeks past, no credit. The last agent I spoke to told me that I would not get a new panel unless I renewed my contract, even though I still have a year left on my current contract, which means my equipment should be covered. And there was nothing he could do. At that point I knew what I had to do. Any who, I did a stop payment with my bank and they are no longer able to get another dime from me. THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! DO NOT ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THIS SO CALLED ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!
If its wireless check the battery . If it still gives you problems prob bad sensor

I asked for a return label also never recieved it...I kept calling and they kept lying...finally I said send a technician to pick it up. This took almost 2 months after 4 calls of a no show with an appointment for pick up..Question Dale have you stop the payments for the service...if you have not they will continue to take out for service. Dale keep calling tell them you need some one to come and pick it up. Hope this helped you
Most of there dispatch people are from other States...I recommend you call back to make sure..when I was using them and wanted to be disconnected it took several calls for someone to come and actually 30 days. Hope this helps

When I first contracted them, they set up all the cameras and helped me set up the apps for the alarm system and cameras. Now, all I do is recharge the batteries when need to. Did they not do any of this for you?? They need to come out and hook it up for you.
Just call customer service. They should be able to help you.
I cancelled my service the day afternoon it was installed and still waiting on my refund since May... stay away from this company. Get anything they tell you in writing. Thankfully I did cause something seemed fishy from the get go.

What kind of panel you have ?
Either your sensors are not on correctly or you need them to come out and check your alarm system
Haven't happen yet but has battery backup I had my med alert go off by accident they were right on to the service that needed called when they couldn't get a hold of me but I was on the phone with the EMT telling it had went off because it got push by accident.
