I been sitting on this phone over 45 mins waiting on someone to close out my account and they wonder why people want to leave this lame company. Just plan Ignorance. Smh

I have the same issue! Every time I have called the wait time is about 40 minutes and the actual talking with the agent is about 5 minutes. ridiculous. Absolutely hate this company. I have been trying for 4 months now to get my refunds for the service and equipment I returned to them within the 30 days money back guarantee. Every time I call they say "There is no available account manager to verify the issue(s) and suggest you call back tomorrow." They make you play a cat and mouse game. So fed up! I just want my monies back!
