I completed the 5 years on my contract. Now they continue to withdraw money from my account after filling out their paperwork for canceling. It’s been months. Has anyone had any luck getting them to taking your money?

I changed my bank account #, did not have any money and they over draft my account so I went to the bank and told them. Now I have a new account problem solved they can not with draw money. Report them to the BBB! They need to lose their license. Horrible service and shady sales practices!
