Went in looking for some stuff and the lady at the counter helped us. She was very helpful in finding all the stones we needed. However I felt very rushed like we needed to hurry and get out things and leave.

I have been here a handful of times and I’ve always really enjoyed it, and the employees. Well today was a completely different experience. I stopped by and from the moment I walked in there was an employee that followed me around and not even at a distance or anything. She made me feel so uncomfortable I hurried and bought something and left. I wanted to browse the store but I felt like I couldn’t. I can understand wanting to control theft as I’m a business owner myself. I didn’t have a purse with me, I just had my wallet and keys in hand. I always try to shop mom and pop shops but I’m sorry guys I don’t think I will be back if this is how you’re going to let your employee treat customers. As to the other two employees there, they were so nice and welcoming. My advice get rid of the cold un-personable employee that makes customers feel uncomfortable. Or teach her some customer service.

I came in the other day in hopes of finding a birthday gift for my sister. The moment I walked in, I was followed around by an employee who seemed about my age, and was watching my every move. I usually come in and feel at peace with the workers and with the music that is played. The music was not peaceful and the worker made me very uncomfortable while following me around the store which is not that spacious to start with. She asked me if I touched a specific item that looked damaged, and I responded with a simple “no” (because I hadn’t), and she said “I was just asking” in a snarky tone. Being a colored woman, sometimes things like this come across as racial profiling although I tried to see it more as a anti-theft protocol. All in all, I just was not comfortable being there and won’t be back. Super disappointing, because I used to love coming in.

They dont seem to be invasive about it. I've been there without a mask and I appreciate it. I was never one to wear a mask. Some customers were wearing them but no one was upset that I chose not to.
They do
