I would say the staff and service are excellent, I often go here as I am a watch aficionado and have my collection, some of the watches I buy are through auctions or antique shops and when I get a watch that needs servicing or fix that I can't do I think of "Jewelry Doctor" 🤝 thanks for the good attention!

I went in to get watch batteries changed for a few watches. The staff was amazing. I forgot my wallet and the staff found a way to work with me. They ended up changing out eight batteries and were not too expensive. Will be back for watch needs

A friend and I stopped by late this afternoon, hoping we could get our watches' batteries replaced without waiting too long. Wow! Not only were the batteries replaced at warp speed, but also the kind man who served us at the counter found us just moments later on a nearby bench where we had waited briefly. Fabulous customer service! We'll tell our friends about this place and we'll be back.
