BEWARE-Ordered a screen protector for pick up in store, waited 10 minutes for a worker to even give me a look. I received my screen protector and asked if they could put it on for me. They directed me to the phone area where I waited another 10 minutes as there was only one worker. Come to find out, they CHARGE you to put on the screen protector! That you bought from them! Absolutely ridiculous and could’ve have saved me some time if the first guy helped me out properly. Worst wait times in history

Experiences like the one I had today at this store are why I shop online or just avoid Best Buy when I can. Went in to return an item only to find the store had closed 10 minutes before at 8pm (my fault for not checking and just assuming that it was 9). Returned today and when I presented the item and receipt at the desk, I was told that I was 1 day outside the 15 day return period (again my fault for not being more aware). I asked for a manger to make an exception since it was 1 day and it was unopened. Approved. The cashier said that the $65 would be returned to my Amex that I paid with but needed manager to approve again. Manger comes to the desk, says nothing to me or to the cashier, approves the transaction then walks away. The cashier then hands me a gift card and says “it’s been returned as store credit.” I ask why it didn’t just go back on my card like he said previously and he said that the manager put it through this way. I ask him to change that because I don’t want store credit. He says that he can’t and tells me to “have a nice rest of my day”. I don’t quite understand this sort of behavior that pushes people away from giving you business. I will look at other options before going to Best Buy—and for sure will go to the American Fork store first.

You actually can still call the store. Just hit the Geek Squad option.
I've taken my old tech for recycling and if its large they will take it and send to recycling for a fee of 20 bucks.
With geek squad? Or customer service? You can probably call them or go in and set up the appointment unless it's strictly an online thing, then you'd need to find this particular store online and setup the appointment there.
If you bought the GSP then you can get a replacement. Otherwise you'll need to go through the manufacturer

Yes best buy can ship to your home. Whether you order online or in store. The biggest restriction is our service zone. For example if you need to get a TV mounted you might be out of area. We can still deliver most things.

Judy, this site isnt run by Best Buy, but other Google Maps users. You can check the Best Buy website fir the info you need, including their customer service and customer forums.
Since Family Mobile is Walmarts gig, I doubt you'd find Family Mobile branded cases here. They may have a case for your phone, though. You can check through the website.
Robyn the best way to check if they have it is search their website for the product. Then check store availability. I would call them to double check.
