UPDATE: I just called to make sure it was canceled because I never got an email. The kid who helped me did not cancel. Therefore he scamming me. The whole place is a scam. Just go to VASA or EOS. This place is a joke. We went in about 9:00 PM to cancel our membership. As soon we said we wanted to cancel, we were met with eye rolling and a “I hate doing this”. We didn’t appreciate the start of the attitude. We then tried and canceled with the employee, then he didn’t know when the billing cycle was, why we were getting billed. It was quite annoying. He was rude when I asked when a manager would be in so I could get correct answers. He wouldn’t tell me when his manager would be in and kept asking why, instead of telling me. This place used to be great, but with this new attitude the staff has, it’s not great, they don’t take care of you. I canceled and was scammed into paying next month even though I won’t be around here to use it at all. Last time I canceled planet fitness, about a year or so ago, they didn’t make me pay the next month, so I was taken back by that. Just be careful when signing up due to that cancellation policy.

One of the best I've been to! Super clean, hot water fast and hot enough, incredibly sweet desk staff, really nice locker room layout, and the music was not crazy making as it often is.
