I called and spoke Alaina (I hope I'm spelling that correctly). I am considering a move to the Cathedral City area and I was told that this location would be great for my needs. I may have to downsize to an apartment from my house and she was very helpful in making sure that I get the right size unit for my future needs. She answered all of my questions. Even though I am not moving right now, that did not stop her from providing me with exceptional customer service. I look forward to doing business with her in the future.

I haven’t used my 5 by 10 unit yet, but the rental process online was very user friendly on my iPhone 6. Even signing the agreements was really easy. As I began signing the agreements, I got a phone call from Elaina (Sorry if I got your name wrong). She gave me some really important and helpful information about what to expect next and how to access my unit. She said she was going to be out of the office the next day, which is why she called me so promptly. Her customer service was awesome! She was really professional, extremely helpful and best of all, very kind. The unit feels really safe and secure. The ceiling is higher than expected, which is a plus. It’s nice and spacious for the size. Oh, and my unit is indoors which helps keep it cool in this dry desert heat. This is the first time I’ve needed to rent a storage unit and I am SO GLAD I chose this place. Easy, simple, quick, affordable and stress free. My stuff is safe and secure; such a relief.
