I first came to this cathedral city store about a year ago because it's right down the street. Every time there's a misconception in a few employees whenever I shop, maybe it's the tattoos I can think of no other reason I get followed, a second worker comes to the register when I pay..I notice it but never say anything but today was my last day here, I'm not illusioned that my business will be missed I however know how your suppose to treat a customer regardless of the person's look. I hope the employees I'm talking about one day have a open mind about everyone's walk if 🧬 fe.

Great local Stated Bros. The manager is very sweet and helpful. Seems like she never goes home as she is always there when we go. Produce is good and the meat is always fresh. Love the new produce station. Helpful staff as well. Always has parking and lines are much shorter than the other Staters in the area.

Clean and neat. They'll ask if you want a mask as you enter. If you say "no thanks" the guard will let you go on in. Prices in the store are about a quarter higher than in other staterbros. Not that it matters. The store is well stocked and people are okay. Not special but okay.

So I figured the last time, she was maybe having a bad day. This morning I went back in and went to checkout aisle number 1. The blonde cashier with the glasses. No greeting, no good morning, no nothing. She rang up my items in silence. When she was finished she handed me my receipt with no thank you. When I said "thank you" to her, she pretty much gave me the look of death. I said "wow" and left the store. Someone really ought to give this employee a lesson in customer service. I have had many pleasant experiences in this store, especially from the friendly, professional young female manager.
